Raised by a firefighter-paramedic father and a stay-at-home mother, Meggan grew up in a home grounded in faith, honesty, and hard work. From an early age, she embraced the belief that you're only as good as your word — a principle that continues to guide her life and career.

Her journey has taken her from college in Chicago to a fast-paced career in New York City, but her heart belongs to Southwest Florida, where she proudly calls home. With over 30 years in the beauty industry, Meggan built her career on strong relationships, where clients became friends and many feel like family. That same personal connection and service-first mindset now define her work in real estate.

She met her husband at Michigan State University, and they’ve built a life rooted in love, commitment, and family. Their daughter, a gifted athlete, competed in the U.S. Women’s Open at just 17 years old, teaching them the power of humility, discipline, and drive.

After a successful pivot into residential property appraisal, Meggan returned to her passion for people and launched her real estate career in 2015. Since then, she has achieved over $400 million in sales and earned a place in the Christie’s International Real Estate Master’s Circle — a distinction earned through client trust, consistent performance, and results.

Today, Meggan is deeply grateful for the loyalty of her clients, their referrals, and God's blessing that allows her to do what she loves: helping people live their best life here in beautiful Southwest Florida.
